Shipping policy

Freight is charged as per indicated at time of purchase and is subject to change. Orders will be despatched within 72 hours of the order being placed. All wine will be delivered via Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please or Australia Post. Deliveries are tracked electronically with signature required upon receipt.

Delivery times will vary however are generally standard delivery schedules. If you are not available to take delivery of your wine then the courier or Australia Post will leave a calling card to reschedule another delivery time.

If you have specific delivery requirements, please fill out the instructions when requested during 'Checkout'. It is possible to remove the signature component of the delivery and leave delivery instructions, such as: 'Please leave next to front door in secure location'. Please be aware that if removing a signature from delivery than Artisan Ireland takes no responsibility for lost or stolen orders if Fastway Courier, Couriers Please or Australia Post confirm delivery was made.

We try our best to keep our wine prices as naked as possible, so freight and handling has not been built into the price. Depending on your location, the cost of freight will vary.  We deliver to all major cities and regional centres, for smaller towns, please refer to the list below to make sure we deliver to you. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment if the delivery address is not in the list below.
