A whiskey ten years in the making, this Single Malt has been patiently matured in a careful marriage of Bourbon, Port, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Triple distilled in copper pot stills, it has developed a layered complexity shaped not only by wood and time, but also by the unique coastal microclimate of Dingle.
