Conviction 10 Year Old Single Malt & Single Grain

As entrepreneurs, the Egans have always been forward-thinkers. We believe in making choices that push us forward, in following our convictions to create whiskeys with a taste profile that sets us apart.

This release is a decadent blend of Single Malt and Single Grain Irish Whiskey, each aged for no less than 10 years, married together and finished in XO Cognac casks.

Egans Conviction is non-chill filtered to retain its delicate character.

NOSE Floral grains, honey & dried apricot before revealing a hint of vanilla.

PALATE Light wafers, new leather, sultanas and almond. Touches of ginger infused chocolate, and zesty fruits.

FINISH  Long and gentle, with ginger returning next to lemon zest and a touch of liquorice to close.
