Endeavour Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Since our early days as whiskey and spirit merchants, in the late Nineteenth Century, we have seen the constant evolution in the tastes and the crafting of whiskey. Our latest release is inspired by the many styles we have admired from around the world.

Endeavour is crafted with the intent to continue pushing things forward - the inclusion of a modest peated malt component allows for a more robust flavour profile. Fully matured in a combination of virgin American oak, bourbon, oloroso sherry, and imperial stout barrels to add layers of complexity, this is an Irish Whiskey of extraordinary taste that is beautifully balanced. 

TASTING NOTES

Nose – Vanilla sweetness with earl grey tea, dried dark fruit and a wisp of warm tar.

Mouth – Sweet toffee, chocolate and dried fruits sit with oak and walnuts with a peated undercurrent throughout.

Linger – A long finish of  lingering tannins and peat with some black pepper spice.

A reborn Irish brand with vibrancy, style, provenance and legacy. Egan’s were originally Whiskey bonders and bottlers.

Triple distilled for smoothness and matured in four types of cask for complexity and balance of flavour. It’s bold flavour allows Endeavour to  be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a classic cocktail.

Non chill-filtered and bottled at 46% ABV to retain true character.
