All Rye River Brewing recipes are unique, and brewed in 2,500L batches, using unique water profiles to match the style of beer, managed through our on site reverse osmosis water purification system.
We use hand turned malts in our recipes and direct from farm hops ensuring the freshest crops are always use.
We propagate our own in house yeast strains.
We do not filter or pasteurise our beers, instead we centrifuge ensuring we maintain all the flavour and quality.
