Cask type No.1 Bourbon Barrels. We use first fill bourbon barrels to give our blend its sweet warmth, butterscotch sweetness and caramel tones.
Cask type No.2 Oloroso Sherry Casks. Sourced from the heart of Spain's sherry country, our blend absorbs the fruity qualities of the finest Oloroso Sherry giving notes of dried fruit and spice.
